1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MiimansaAI website, APIs, or SaaS applications provided by MIIMANSA AI PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or clinical research organization (CRO), you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.

3. SaaS Platform License & API Use

Subject to compliance with these terms and timely payment of subscription or document usage fees:

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our Clinical Entity Modeling SaaS platform and APIs.
• You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our NLP trait detection algorithms, ontology linking code, or proprietary UI components.
• API keys issued for Sandbox or Production tiers must be kept strictly confidential.

4. Document Usage & Billing Tiers

Subscribers are billed according to selected plan limits (Starter, Team, Enterprise) based on processed document volume. Overuse beyond plan allocation will be billed at the standard per-document rate unless otherwise specified in your enterprise contract.

5. Clinical Verification Disclaimer

MiimansaAI provides automated NLP entity extraction, trait scoring, and terminology mapping to assist medical writers and clinical data managers. The platform is not an automated medical diagnostic tool. Users are responsible for verifying extracted entities via our Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) validation interface prior to pushing data to clinical trials or patient care systems.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
